As the demand for materials with lower degrees of order continues to rise, the significance of Pair Distribution Function (PDF) measurements is growing steadily. As an expansion from our STADI P we have developed a dedicated PDF machine to support the respective needs of our customers. The PDF instrument features a Mythen 4K including air scattering shields and Ag Kα1 radiation.
